All products for sale on Sestogrado are in stock and shipped using only couriers with an expected delivery time of 24 business hours.
Shipping is free for orders over €59.00; for orders below this amount, domestic shipping costs €6.70.
With 24-hour shipping, if you purchase your product by 2:00 PM, it will be delivered to your home on the next business day. For example, if you order a product on Tuesday by 2:00 PM, you will receive it the following day (Wednesday). If the purchase is made on Tuesday evening at 9:00 PM, the goods will be delivered on Thursday. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday, as couriers do not make deliveries over the weekend.
The real-time delivery timeframe is always visible on each product page and in the cart.
WARNING: Delivery times are respected except in the event of accidents, natural phenomena, catastrophes, strikes, pandemics, and other exceptional and unforeseen events affecting the courier’s operations. Expected delivery times are not and can never be guaranteed.
In this regard, if you need to buy a birthday gift for your loved one, or if you are about to leave for Everest and need products the very next day, please do not wait until the last minute to place your order. Shipping usually meets the indicated timeframes; however, like all human activities—since shipments are handled by people—they may be subject to unforeseen events or errors, even something as simple as a flat tire, which can cause delays. These cases are rare but do happen. Please keep this in mind and plan your orders in advance.
The 24-hour shipping service is available throughout Italy except for Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia, and remote or hard-to-reach mountain areas, where delivery takes 48–72 hours. Direct shipping is not available to some small and remote islands.
Cash on delivery: Cash-on-delivery shipping, with payment in cash upon delivery, has an additional cost of €5.00.
International shipping: Outside Italy, we ship to all European countries at a flat rate of €9.90, with delivery in 24–48 hours.
We ship from Padua – Italy
All products in our store are shipped from our base camp in Padua. Once we receive your order, everything is handled and prepared by our staff to ensure it reaches you as quickly as possible and, of course, in perfect condition.
For every order, a tracking number is sent by email so you can monitor the real-time status of your shipment.
What if you can’t be at home to receive the delivery?
No problem—you can have the package shipped to a hold-at-location service at one of the hundreds of GLS depots throughout Italy and collect it when it’s most convenient for you. Alternatively, you can wait to receive the courier’s shipment management email and have the package delivered to a pickup point (Fermopoint), such as stationery shops, tobacconists, gas stations, etc., that is most convenient for you.

We love the outdoors and care deeply about the environment. All our packaging is plastic-free. We do not use plastic materials such as polypropylene or expanded polyethylene, but only recycled paper.
We usually ship with GLS and DHL, leading couriers for national and international shipments across Europe.
